I said many times how it was BS that the black vote and women vote wouldn't be as bad for Trump.

Trump got MORE of the black vote than Romney did!

Predictions that blacks, women and Millennials would not vote Trump proved largely untrue

Another Liberal proclamation by your trustworthy media.

The people that still listen to CNN, NYTimes, Huffington Post, even Politico for opinions after this election you need a reality check. The outcome did not favor anything they predicted.

We saw weeks or even months of posters here ranted about a Hillary Landslide or complete domination of the Senate by the Democrats.

Well, this Black Woman Millennial didn't vote Trump or Clinton. Both were unacceptable candidates and, frankly, my conscience is completely clear knowing I abstained from this nightmare. The next few years, I'm working on ME--and helping as many people as I can. And I'll be happy regardless. If/when the establishment decides to run a fairly decent candidate, I'll consider pretending to care/voting. Until then...

It's obvious that quite a few things about you are completely clear, not just your conscience.

You have every right not to support Hillary or Trump. I will tell you this, when do you see any real decent CEO or President of a company?

It takes might and being merciless in business world in order to achieve the crown. There is no decency when you are at the top.

The decent folks you are looking for are working at the bottom probably like yourself. That's the sad truth. Nice guys finish last.

What good to the flock is a butcher who masquerades as a shepherd? Look, I'm a writer (former urban planner). I'm not Robert Moses, nor do I want to be...Could I be a really evil and really wealthy individual? Maybe. The problem is I have absolutely no desire to be something I'm not. So, there it is: I'm a really brilliant person, who is also really good. I'm not willing to ignore either of those gifts for a few shiny coins...And I will never knowingly lend my support to those who do. That is MY truth, and I'm sticking to it.

Quote: Predictions that blacks, women and Millennials would not vote Trump proved largely untrue (news)

Can be shortened to: Predictions proved largely untrue

All of 'em.

I voted to not have the establishment candidate in the primary and followed through in the General Election.
