But not illegal. It is all right there in the very complicated tax code.
Trumps accountants are smarter than the IRS.
What's the worse that can happen? He used the tax code to his advantage?

I'm hoping if Trump is elected he sends an invitation to Lois Lerner...

Taxes are only for the little people, called the middle class.
"The Donald" proves this and has a plan to change it.

If everyone had skin in the game, the federal government would not be so corrupt.

I don't understand how so many people can be so ignorant of the difference between "tax evasion" and "tax mitigation". They're two entirely different strategies: one is legal, one isn't.

If Trump is guilty of tax evasion, I feel pretty confident that we'd know by now. I feel he may be avoiding the disclosure of his returns because technically, it's his right to, and because too many Americans are too ignorant to even know the difference between evasion and mitigation, much less be able to read or understand a complex return.

The federal government was forbidden to punish the people. Then the 16th Amendment was pushed through... And everything changed. The power the government took over the people, changed the entire dynamics of freedom and liberty for all.

Just wonder the possibility that the returns are leaked in the coming week. I am pretty much sure that someone or some financial intuition has his returns as Trump has applied for tons of loans for his business; you don't have to get them from the IRS.

Just curious that it appears nobody on CD has mentioned this???

Also what would happen to somebody legally who disclosed the returns?

Your inputs, please!

No way that's going to happen, his personal returns are not open to public disclosure unless he voluntarily offers them. Anyone who reveals his personal information without his consent would certainly be liable for invasion of privacy, and possibly damages. I suspect there will be another Trump bombshell to come out, but it's being withheld until the last possible moment to prevent enough time for a recovery. Maybe the weekend before the elections?
