Donald picked an absolutely awful person. It is an embarrassment. What does that have to do with winning and losing? Maybe you made the wrong choice
The Trump voters do not like what has happened the last 24 years, they do not like the way rural areas are constantly crushed by big city types. Obama and his administration pushed things way to far, the problems between some farmers and the real BLM was not the only issues. Look up EPA fining a farmer in Wyoming for building a small pond on his property for his stock, or the any other number of attacks on them. Look up the coal mines and power plants and what has been going on with them under Obama. The drilling regulations and being stopped from drilling on federal land or any area where an endangered bug may or may not have been seen. Manufacturing plants having to add more and more environmental measures to keep up with constant regulation changes. Hear about our own government paying tax credits to move jobs overseas, hear about us paying a tax to import something to China and we get no taxes for what they bring in. All the people in the city they are not the ones suffering and think all this stuff is great for us as a country, it is the people in the suburbs and out in the rural areas that have been suffering and are tired of it all.

I understand these sentiments, and respectfully disagree with some of your points. Most indications show that by 2025, there will be 2.5 million manufacturing jobs going unfilled due to a lack of qualified workers.
As far as us sending taxes to China, I am not sure about that and don't believe it.
Regulations can hamper business. However, a large majority of regulation is for the safety of the worker. I know conservatives dislike unions and worker's rights but people fought hard for many years to make the work place safer for workers.
Also I don't mind not drilling on National Parks and near endangered species.
How far back will America go under Trump...my guess is 30 years.
That's just the thing he isn't a forward thinker, look at Europe and what they are doing in terms of dealing with climate, renewable energy etc.......Trump doesn't mention anything like that in his policies.
