O'Keefe is a criminal who was forced to pay a $100,000 fine to Acorn for his deceptively edited and illegally recorded videos of that organization, and later was arrested and pled guilty for disguising himself as a phone company employee in order to break into U.S. Senator Mary Landrieu's offices and attempt to bug her phone lines.

Well, he did expose Acorn for helping teens set up a brothel, commit tax fraud and cover up a child sex slavery ring.
