With that said, national polls don't matter when it comes to Trump's re-election. He could lose the popular vote by 10 points nationally, as long as he energizes his base in the states that he needs to win. Trump is very good at that.
Rasmussen always leans to the Republicans until it gets closer to elections.

Dear lord. I hate to get involved in threads this late, because it is basically a waste of time and your voice is drowned out, but this is so titanically stupid I have to comment.

1) Warren overperforms at this point because the averge voter has no idea whatsoever who she is. She is "generic Dem candidate," and that is all. Once they find out she is a bat**** crazy, buffonish Northeastern liberal white socialist who thinks that she is a Cherokee Indian, her support will drop to about 40%, because yes, 40% of voters ARE that stupid, but only 40%.

2) Trump underperforms because people are afraid to say they like him/vote for him.

If you are really that confident in Warren, then please, please, pretty please with sugar on top, nominate her, because I have no doubt that Trump will duplicate the elecoral beating, perhaps add Minnesota, and win the popular vote by staggering numbers once people find out who this loathsome affirmative action cheat, commie, and professional boob really is.

I am not surprised by this.

The average American is getting crushed by the ruling elite in this country who rule with an iron fist. Warren is one of very few people in Congress who is not fully owned by Wall Street and the medical industrial complex. To have a fighter for ordinary people is extremely rare in this day and age where elections are bought by Goldman Sachs. The corporate mainstream media, including MSNBC, ABC and Fox News are swimming in cash from this plutocratic system and they'll fight tooth and nail to ensure the status quo continues, to the detriment of Joe Sixpack. Alot of people will not find the guts to stand up and fight back against this corrupt billionaire class. But many people will.

doesn't really make any difference: she will not be running for President is my bet and she wouldn't get the nomination if she did run.

I do agree it is too early to be making predictions. So much can and will happen in the next 18 months or so

That is not a Rasmussen poll.

It's funny seeing the Trumplings trash a poll that even Trump himself has lauded, when it shows Trump not doing well against somebody.

Trump is President today. The Republicans will likely gain seats in The Senate. The House is unknown.
That's the world we all have to live in. Pitching Warren vs Trump at this point is a little silly.
Just more TDS, I guess.
