Geraldine Ferraro, the only woman to run on a major party presidential ticket and a supporter of Hillary Clinton, has accused Barack Obama of conducting a "terribly sexist" campaign.

" Miss Ferraro, the losing Democratic candidate for vice-president in 1984, saidthat she might abandon her lifelong party loyalties and vote for the Republican John McCain if Mr Obama is confirmed as the nominee."

Excellent.
She has begun to expose her true nature. I can only conclude this by considering the fact that Senator McCain and Senator Obama are polar opposites, so for someone to switch so drastically from the support of Senator Clinton to Senator McCain would require a complete shift in moral compass.

Morality refers to ethical issues — principles of right and wrong conduct — as well as instances of real behaviour — the manner in which individuals comply more or less fully with such standards. Clearly Senator Clinton has diverged far from the mandate of Democrats to be the inclusive, diverse political harbinger's, so if she leaves because of Senator Clinton's politics, ah well.

I believe the campaign was more racist than sexist in a long shot. I didn't see much sexism.

Geraldine Ferraro is an old racist battle axe. Who cares what she thinks, women don't vote as a monolithic bloc.

Mr Obama has built his success on strong backing from blacks, urban liberals and the young, but he has struggled to win the support of female, white working-class and rural voters. If he cannot woo those crucial voting blocs, he faces defeat in key swing states that will determine the presidency.
Yes, as I have been saying - the kook-left (liberals), the young and the black vote.

Not enough to get over the top.

Bull, just for example Obama leads in the new Montana poll among women 48%-36%. And while Montana isn't a swing state it certianly is full of "female, white working-class and rural voters."

Well…., I believe in that case Geraldine Ferraro should be attacking two white women, that is Obama’s mother and grand mother. If it wasn’t for those two strong women, I think Obama wouldn’t be where he is now.

Plus, I believe, If Obama’s mother and grand mother were the crying and whining type like Geraldine, Obama would unquestionably not been where he is now.

I agree. I did not even know the woman was alive until she opened her trap during the primary. Some disasters you'd rather forget like her and Mondale and the 49 state defeat they suffered. She doesn't need to tell us who she is voting for because we don't care!
