The Republicans are and have been fairly consistent about a couple of things......what are they? (Congress, conservative)

The Republicans have been a charge for a while, of the Executive Office, the Congress and a reasonably conservative Supreme Court.

During this time period what have they delivered that Senator McCain can build upon? What results have the Republican Party promised Americans that they've delivered, that instills trust, that they can continue to point to as an achievement, or accomplishment that they will do again?
