Did Kennedy's speech have anything along the lines of an apology for drowning a girl in the 1960's or being an Unamerican jerk?

Kennedy's stellar character was invoked all through his nieces speech. A little HONESTY on his character doesn't hurt.

This has nothing to do with God, It has to do with why did he get away with murder here on earth.

The tribute was to highlight his accomplishments...and no one can take those away. It was not a "bash" Ted Kennedy tribute. If so, then they could have brought up that tragic experience.

Sort of like at a funeral individuals get up and talk about the positive influences the deceased had on them...and if there was nothing positive, then they stay in their seats and keep their mouths closed.

And I am sure the Nazis did good things in between murdering six million Jews. What a strange moral compass some people have.

If you're a Kennedy you can get away with anything.

Just ask their lawyers.
