The argument about not being able to abort a rape baby is weak.
If a woman is raped all she needs to do is report it immediately and take the morning after pill. No unwanted pregnancy, no abortion. I do have a problem with partial birth abortions and people who use abortions as a form of birth control, which is not only irresponsible but morally pathetic. However, I do believe a pregnant woman should have the right to choose especially if the baby is found to be terminally ill and/or deformed (mentally and/or physically) or if the mother's life is endangered if she were to carry the baby full-term. I don't believe Pallin will aggressively try to end a woman’s right to choose. I do believe she will try to pass laws banning partial birth abortions and require parental consent for minors seeking an abortion. As a pro-choicer, I can live with that.
Actually, if you were raped you would be given the morning after pill otherwise known as three or four normal birth control pills.
If you became pregnant, well adoption is always an option.
As to owning a gun...if you killed someone with a lead pipe, a baseball bat, a machete (quite the problem in strictly enforced gun controlled UK) or even a (gasp!) gun you would be breaking the law and would serve time in prison.

John McCain believes life begins at conception. He'd tell you the morning after pill is abortion.
Not all raped women go get the morning after pill right away beacause (gasp) there are more factors involved. Morning after pill doesn't always work. This isn't black and white people.
If you are truly anti-abortion as McCain claims to be, the morning after pill would be immoral. What, it's not an abortion if you are not sure you are pregnant? You are on pretty weak moral ground if you are anti-abortion, but pro morning after pill.
Well, I've never been raped but if it were to ever happen I can't imagine what could be more important than getting to the hospital as fast as possible to get checked out, receive the pill and file a report. True, the morning after pill may not always work and in that case the victim will be able to choose to abort the unwanted pregnancy as long as she does it within the month.
i am neither democrat nor republican this year im just looking for someone who will take better care of this country. Having said that, this is what ive learned so far:
Pallin would outlaw abortion under any circumstances even in incest and rape cases. But she is for carrying a gun.
So as a married mom of two hypothetically speaking if im walking down the street and i am raped and become pregnant id have to have this kid under pallin and being that im not working now if me and my hubby cant afford to feed another mouth and have to go on public assistance as if that would ever happen with my hubby's salary!) then id have to deal with those who hate peeps on welfare because they are so-called lazy! But if i give up the kid to social services then the public would have to foot the bill to care for this kid till they are 18!
On the other hand i would be able to blow someones f^@ng head off if i feel they are a threat! Is this correct?
Mind you im still trying to figure this all out!
