Eph you. Show us the evidence that he's insincere.

Anyone looking at the randomness of the tics and movements would know it's involuntary.

Can we do this to you and see how "pretty" your smile and facial expressions are when we are done?

You people are disrespectful, pathetic scumbags who'll stop at nothing and will stoop to any lows to get your way.

People like you are the reason the rest of us need to make sure Obama does NOT get into office, lest we turn into a nation of hateful wretches like you.

Yes, this is unconscionable and very low. There seems to be much rancor and hate on both sides. But will say the leftists really have hit a new low with making fun of McCain's suffering and disabilities. I am not aware of the extent of his injuries. He has been humble in refraining from bringing out much about this period in his life. And for this he is to be admired and respected.

Well, if he becomes president you'll get more than enough opportunities to remember it. He uses it as an excuse almost as often as Bush blames everything on 911.

The "creepy" smile makes me think of Chucky. Especially when he adds that odd little laugh: henh henh henh. Does that make Sarah the Bride of Chucky? Hmmm, from what I'm reading today she could be in a horror movie...

This could be one way he's holding down his reported temper.

Do you know that my daughter and I were just talking about this very thing yesterday...AND about that weird little laugh he gives that is more a giggle than a laugh. When he is "smiling" it looks more like a grimace of pain then a showing of enjoyment. It is nice to know I'm not the only one made uncomfortable by this.

Oh puh-leeze! He brings it up everytime someone asks him something uncomfortable. Even on Jay Leno:

Leno: How many houses do you have?

McCain: You know when I was a POW and being tortured I didn't have a house...

Which isn't true, by the way. He had a house at that time. With a wife waiting for him. Who he cheated on.

Sorry, normie, no cred with me. Did not see the Leno episode.

That has nothing to do with his creepy smile. No proof of causation whatsoever.

Ew. I don't have a TV, so I don't really have to look at him. He's just so old. I wonder why he wants to run for president at his age.
