It's hard to balance the budget when you're fighting two wars that aren't included in the budget and you cut taxes resulting in significant revenue losses.
I like Mr. Gingrich on the economical front, and I should probably give him more credit for keeping spending under control. The rest of his record is sketchy, what with the ethical lapses and all...anyway, not relevant to the topic here, is it?
And, back in the 21st century again, what about McCain's economic plan is so different from what we've had for eight years? As it is we're choosing from a set of policies we think might fail, or a set of policies that has failed already. Maybe this is where that whole "hope" business of Obama's comes from.

Say what? Bush lost the right to claim he was trying to make the world safer when he abandoned fighting Al Qaeda in Afghanistan before the job was done in order to go after Iraq.
