The only Southern states I saw on there was South Carolina and Arkansas. I'm glad to see Michigan on there though, that's where I was raped. The big bad blue state.
Actually, if you look at that chart carefully it really contradicts your original post. Minnesota is very blue. So is Washington. Delaware is also. And Colorado can never make up its mind. And in California, it looks like your chances of getting raped are low however you probably want to lock yourself up in your closet as far as violent crime is concerned.
Is anyone else disturbed by the fact that rape victims are asked to pay for their own rape kits? Especially in a state with such high rape records.
