Okay, from what I can gather, Clinton "started the ball rolling" McCain has a similar policy. Now we are where we are, and McCain doesn't want to change it and Obama does. Forget who's a dem and a repub, Obama has wanted regulation and McCain hasn't. Non-regulation, if I understand right, got us into this, so lets give this issue a nod to the Obama column. Sounds like he's got the idea right.

More and more McCain is reminding me of an old snake trying desperately to slough off his old skin by November. It's a disgusting spectacle to witness.

He IS "Mr. Deregulation" who supported Bush over 90% of the time. He was proud of that at the start of this campaign.

Now that the sh*t has truly hit the fan, he suddenly reverses his position and calls Bush's administration "a failure."

He claims he will take politics out of the White House and would like to fire Chris Cox as chairman of the securities and exchange commission to replace him with Andrew Cuomo, who was part of Clinton's cabinet, by the way.

He has turned against his party and tries to appear more and more like a Democrat every day. Too little too late McCain! We know who you are a diehard Republican no matter how you try to duck and run for cover!

It's too bad that nobody sees it for what it is. McCain is going to die soon. He's an old codger and he wants to go out on top and he is going to sell his soul for votes.

President's don't write legislation, Senator's and Congressmen do. However, if we blame Clinton for the start, this Administration should be willing to take full responsibility for incompetence - they have done nothing to "fix" what the prior Administration started and they had all three Branches. What's their excuse - President Clinton? Great. So now we've established via excuse, the full incompetency of the Republican Party....if that's their excuse.

Yep, check = Blame the prior Administration, Balance = charge the taxpayer on the way out the door....oh and don't forget - years from now all credit should go to President Bush because he set the ball rolling for all of the good things that will come next. Heck, we should have no President for the next few years because everything the current President's Administration is doing will lead to overwhelming economic prosperity - to be claimed 8 YEARS FROM NOW.

I think the neo-cons took Truman's sign and changed it before they put it on Bush's desk - it now says

"The Buck Stops At Clinton"

Who's to blame? The corrupt lobbyiest for the corrupt corporations that bribed the corrupt politicians to sell their country down the river so that they could line their own pockets. Don't you ever find it peculiar that people running for public office will spend millions of dollars to obtain positions that pay less than they could make in the private sector?
