Murtha Calls Western Pa. 'Redneck'

Congressman Says Western Pa. Was 'Really Redneck'

Murtha Calls Western Pa. 'Redneck' - Pittsburgh News Story - WTAE Pittsburgh

CHARLEROI, Pa. -- U.S. Rep. John Murtha is calling many of the people who put him in office "rednecks."

The news comes one week after Murtha claimed the area is racist, then apologized for that comment.

In explaining his comments about racism, Murtha told WTAE it's difficult for many in the area to change. Murtha said that just five to 10 years ago the entire area was "redneck."

Now Murtha said only certain segments of the population are holding on to those racist feelings.

Just days after classifying western Pennsylvania as racist, Murtha took a step back from those comments, albeit a small one.

I think this guy is even worse than Biden.

He cancelled a scheduled debate the same night. I certainly hope his opponent is able to throw this scumbag coward out of office.

What if a politician were to say Pittsburgh is "a black trash community full of low lifes"....how would the media have reacted to that?

And black people are WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY more racist as a whole than any group of white people in this entire country. They are so in the tank for Obama for NO REASON (and were so in the primaries) it is not even funny. You wont go to ANY white community and find 91% support for McCain like you can for Obama in black neighborhoods.

But let this low life politician think what she wants. Hopefully she p!$$es enough people in Western PA off that they will turn the state Red.

Murtha is reduced to a drooling bucket of pus and that's the positive side of him. Can't him and Kennedy rent a one way hospice together?

Because it is not true. But then, people who drink the kool-aid seem to think it is ok to lie about whatever they want as long as it is the Dems doing the lying.

Not trying to be mean but we won't have to worry about Kennedy for much longer.

I know, it is proof that their is a god. He is probably single handedly the one person in American politics that has caused the most damage to our country. I was literally afraid when he said "I will be back on Capital Hill in January with a vengence" at the DNC....praying to myself that this man would come nowhere near the capital again. He has done so much harm to this country its not even funny.
