Where in that does it say what Sarah Palin was saying?
Biden said that a VP doesn't do much!!! Is that the answer the Dem. want to hear!!!
Well, who knows what anyone actually "wants", but that is not the question. There is a "job description" for V.P. The V.P. needs to be ready to step into the position of President, in a "worst case" scenario. The V.P. is responsible for "voting" TO BREAK A TIE in the Senate. That's it, folks
She thinks a vice-president should support the president and get involved in Congress writing laws? Maybe she should say that she does not have a clue, and that she is the perfect GOP candidate for president of the United States.
I am not a Palin fan or McCain supporter, but I think this issue is a little overblown, especially the maniacal way Chris Mattehws is jumping all over this. It was incorrect for her to say that the VP is "in charge of the Senate" but, God forbid, if she did become VP I think it is reasonable to expect that she would talk to, encourage, and try to persuade her fellow Republicans who serve in the Senate to support the legislative and policy agenda of the McCain administration.
