Exactly, and they act like this money is not recirculated within the economy.

oooh...I can't have my chalet in Aspen...some poor waiter at Spago's will lose their job.

Meanwhile, the Federal government is using the money to build highways and infrastructure creating jobs on the other end.

Now regarding your comment, I think its silly to think that Obama and his team, once elected, won't go in a analyze/grade programs that can be cut or improved.

I trust his judgment to go in with his team and get rid of the riff raff!

I dont need a sound-bite from him to feel better.

He can't even get rid of the "riff-raff" in his life (Wright, Ayers, Rezko, etc) why would I trust him to do it for the country.

A right wing myth. There is no evidence of that.

Sweden has the highest effective tax rate in the Western World at 59% and has lower unemployement than the US with the lowest effective taxe rate of 30%.

Additionally, tax cutter Reagan saw unemployement levels go up after cuttiing, while tax raiser Clinton say unemployment levels go down.

You just don't know what you are talking about. It's as simple as that.

So you're under the assumption the rest of the economy has no bearing on unemployment? That certainly seems apparent by your statement.
