CNN says no thanks to Obama half-hour | Entertainment | Reuters

CNN has rejected an attempt by the Barack Obama campaign to purchase airtime for its primetime ad Wednesday night.
"We did not want to pre-empt our programing lineup with a 30-minute spot," a CNN spokesman said Tuesday. "We'd rather use our air to continue to cover the campaign, candidates and issues like we always do from all points of view with the best political team on television."

Yes, they just want to air it their own way...stopping it every 30 seconds to have 12 pundits discuss his last 15 words.

Yup most likely! I wouldn't expect it to be on the major cable news networks, anyway. A lot of us "Joe Plumbers" don't even HAVE cable.

Default No bias, No bull

CNN is actually becoming the premiere news source for moderates. Guess the news network realized that there was a vacant niche between FOX News’ dangerously neo-conservative bias and MSNBC’s equally destructive counter opinion.

My observations confirm this as I’ve noticed that places that used to have Fox News on their monitors now have CNN. You know, places like Jiffy Lube and the lobby of doctor’s offices. At least that’s the case here in North Carolina and as the polls show we’ve become nearly neutral as most refer to us a “purple” state now.
