You might even get an interview with Donofrio and be able to give us all the inside scoop (or poop, whichever)...

Leo Donofrio wrote the following on his blog this morning prior to the resolution being posted on the SCOTUS website:

It's just another day for me. If this is over today, I'll be playing poker tonight. I've done my best to get to the truth. If the SCOTUS denies my case I will wish Mr. Obama all the best and hope that he will respect me as a Citizen who was concerned for the Constitution. It's not personal for me and I've tried to remove all insulting language from this blog so that it could be an intelligent discourse.

It would be nice if everybody else could follow his lead.

Instead Leo will be joining Cort tomorrow ouside the Supreme Court for a press conference!
