What is the basis upon which you decide whom to vote for?

There are a number of bases upon which each of us make this decision. See whether one of the poll's options describes your own decision making process.

I had thought that this poll would be very well attended.

BTW - I consider the field of economics to be one of "disputed facts."

I picked disputed facts because I don't believe an undisputed fact exists. What I consider a fact, many others consider blind allegience, kool-aid, or brainwashing, and vice-versa.

Your answer is part of what I am getting at behind this poll. What does each of us consider an "undisputed fact" when it comes to the subject matter of politics?

I vote based on Constitutional application. Which candidate best exemplifies reduced government.

As of today, none of the above.

I went with opinion because I cant really say that anything in any election is fact driven. The candidates put forth pretty detailed summaries of their positions and plans which I have read through thoroughly. I can't say that any kind of campaign promise from any politician should be interpreted as a fact though.

Edit:
I have looked up voting records which I guess you could say are factual, but still both of this years candidates have a lot of flip flopping previous votes

It is an interesting question, whether a 'fact' can refer to the future ...
