Does anyone know how I can sell the roundtrip tickets I have for the inauguration on VRE from Manassas - they are collector's items & no longer available.
Please let me know.

I'm not sure what makes it a collectors item, but even if they aren't, can't you sell train tickets on E-Bay or Craig's List? You could try putting a classified ad in WaPo, but their ads are pricey.
