Then steady GNP growth and a market that soared to record highs of over 14,000!

But I understand how hard the facts are for some to digest.

And Bush inherited a country at attack from all over; embassies, ships, buildings, etc. Obama's handed a defeated and currently imprisoned army. Will he release them in order that they may be free for more mayhem is his toughest security problem. . . real tough that one.
Bush inherited a mild-recession, along with a HUGE budget surplus, a balanced budget, and a nation which was at PEACE!!!

Obama inherited two MAJOR WARS, the WORST ECONOMIC CRISIS since the Great Depression, and a country which has lost it's moral standing in the world .... all thanks to Bush !!!

And thanks to Bush's aggressive "cowboy" method of dealing with foreign disputes, there are probably now thousands of additional members in Al Qaeda who will want to harm the U.S.

Bush has turned Iraq and mid-east into a "hotbed" recruiting center for terrorists who now hate the U.S.

We will be extremely lucky if Obama can turn this sentiment around.

Apparently this was noteworthy enough for the major media outlets to be featuring as a part of today's news.

At this point in Reagan's presidency, his approval rating was 50% - the lowest EVER of any US president after one month....

(JFK not surprisingly had the highest at 75%)
