Who else is voluntarily going besides Lieberman (CT), Conrad (ND) and Hutchison (TX) and what will it mean in the Senate in 2012?

Despite the the title of the article, they say at the end, the likely outcome is that the Democrats would increase their majority. What do you say and how much will the Presidential election rub off on the Senate elections (something the article does not factor in)?
