i live in lithuania and i am 22. before i begin, i never wanted to be born here so military service isn't my reason for moving out, it's more like a kick in my butt to remind me that i wanted to get away from here. here are questions:
1. if i move to another european country and evade mandatory military service, can i still resign my citizenship when i get another citizenship?
2. if i take '''fast loan''' and trade in my estate property for it, can they take my property when i do not return the loan and sell it in auction and not bother me about the money? i own 50% of apartment here and another 50% belongs to my dad who is living with his soon to be wife at her apartment.
3. will i lose the estate property to the government in 2 if i resign my citizenship of lithuania?
4. if 3 is true then how can i get something out of my property here if i leave? can i sell it if i do not live here anymore without coming back? because if i come back i am charged with avoiding military and can even go to jail. but i am not patriot and will not ever help my country in any ways.
