1) Job Opportunities.
---(You have to be really good at what you do since you have to compete with the locals and they are not dumb people!)
2) good standard of living.
---(Any place on earth has a mix of *good* and *bad* standard of living)
3) obviously good night life.
--- (*Good* night life depends on your taste and a metropolis is obviously a metropolis with nightlife !)
4) friendly peoples.
--- (Have *you* ever seen a place without any friendly people at all ?)
5) lots of things to do.
--- (Up to you to find things to do !)
6) safety and good salary.
--- (Again ! Ever seen a place that does NOT have any safe areas ?)\
--- (Good Salary, see point 1)

Any *metropolis* in Germany would satisfy your 6 points.
Wherever you job will be, find the closest metropolis and you will get used to it.
All your *criteria* are a catch-all kind of requirement.
I can not think of any *normal* person that would have it otherwise.

So, finish up your degree work, find a job first, unless you have a limitless amount of spare change to survive without a job. Check out the immigration rules and regs. Do you speak German fluent ?
If you decide to just pack up and go and then hope to get a job, you have no idea what the world is up to !

Where do you live now ?
You do not sound like you are a native English speaker ...

I *heard* you guys are good in the IT sector !!
Study that, become really good at it, learn German and then try again !!

What is your field (Masters) now ?

I bet you can find something in Europe !!

In essence, we have not even begun to understand what IT is all about, so a very good subject to get good in !!

BW is a strong state with high quality of life and good salaries. Of course that also means high cost of living and a competitive job market.
Stuttgart is the biggest city (also state capitol) in BW and very nice, IMHO. One of the best actually (again IMHO).
There are quite a few big companies locate in the area, such as Daimler/Mercedes-Benz, Bosch, Wuerth, Celesio, Porsche to name a few!

Or, also in the south of Germany, there is of course Munich (Bavaria). One can't go wrong with that city. But one also needs to be aware that it is one of the most expensive cities to live in Germany.

I'm not a big fan of North Rhine-Westphalia but Düsseldorf is a another great place/city. It has been getting better and better for years now and truly has become a first class location that offers anything one needs.
As far as I remember also not as expensive as the big cities in the south yet.

And not to forget Berlin. Great city which has made a great comeback.
But it has more sketchy areas than the others IMO. In night life however it probably beats all others mentioned by me (perhaps period).
But to be honest it is said Berlin's job-market is though, really though!

What *I* think has no impact, but what the Germans may think, does count !
Can you do things better than they can ?
You never know until you start looking for work.

Are there, in your neighbourhood, companies who have their home office in Germany ?
Get a job with them, and maybe they will transfer you to their home office.

I worked as the Chief Engineer for an American Company with a satellite office in Southern Germany.
I also am a polyglot. So I was sent to Germany to *run* the place.
I hired a local as a Design Engineer, and we later transferred him to The USA to become the Chief Engineer there. I needed an ally to get things going and he was the right person !! Keep in mind (for later on) that in order to become successful, you need to surround yourself with people who can do things better than you and then all you have to know is how to manage them !!

Last but not least, do not limit your future places of work to Germany only !!

CMA ... , is that something like a top position in Accounting, or does it have something to do with *banking* in general or specific financial planning ?
For financial planning, check with a company in your neighbourhood with the name of *Deloitte*.
Find out what they need ! I think there is one in Mumbai ?
