Does anyone know anything about ujpanat/horia in the arad county of Romania? My family immigrated from there in 1905 and Im pondering visiting the area to go reconnect/find family. Im simply curious about the county and town.

Just saw your old message, and I'll be amazed if you receive this, but ujpanat seems to be another name for the village that around 1900 was called Neupanat, Austria-Hungary. Since renamed to Horia, and in present-day Romania.
