Nice to see that Sweden and Germany are very far up there and did not loose any ground, despite those "rapefugees" destroying their countries. The US ranking is shocking, I new it would not be very high up there but didn't expect it to be that bad.

It's also about the degree of involvment of countries in conflicts in general... Germany is outsourcing this to UK and France in Europe.
