Its hard. Should I say: French? Not really. I think South French, but if you insist...

Due to the Crusades it is possible there is some European ancestry amongst the Lebanese. And also Lebanese (well, Phoenician) ancestry along the Mediterranean due to the ancient Phoenician colonies established there.

Southern Spanish and French (Corsica) maybe. It's really hard to say as many European countries are already diverse.

I could have included Syria and Palestine alongside Lebanon on this poll but Lebanese are probably the most well-known of those groups to people, in terms of looks at least.
