Rashford was born in Manchester and he is therefore English.
However Manchester has two main teams, who have a hell of a rivalry and do not like each other.
Rashford plays for Manchester United (Reds), and the Manchester City (Blue) side of Manchester are never going to like him, but that's football and sporting rivalries and other cities across Europe and the world have similar rivalries.
Ethnically, he is not English, nor will he ever be. Not any more than I am a space alien.
My view in it is not dissimilar to Jean-Marie Le Pen's views on the French national team. If you don't like that, that's your problem.
Not sure why you are rolling your eyes. You have a history of posts on these forums that pretty much delineate your views. Plus in the next sentence you say your views are in line with Le Pen. Clueless.
sports teams in america are a lot more detached from the fans , the idea that Manchester United could move to London is unthinkable in the UK yet that happens all of the time in the USA with football teams etc , there is no localism
supporting a sports team in America is not much different than being a big fan of Star Wars or the Avengers series
obviously money has made the british game less connected to the grassroots but its still a lot less of a corporate driven culture than in America , we saw that a year ago or so with the backlash against Glazers
There is some truth to what you are saying, but American sports teams don't move as much as you are making it seem. I grew up in Philadelphia, and I would say that Eagles fans are as passionate as Manchester United fans would be. I have lived in Los Angeles for 50 years, and am still an Eagles fan. Same thing with many teams like the Red Sox, I know a guy from Boston, who has lived in San Francisco for forty years, and he still follows the Red Sox.
She is racist too then, I don't have 'a problem', you are the one making racist comments therefore I suggest you are the one with 'a problem' no!
I disagree with your accusations.
Europe should be for Europeans.
That is a normal and healthy view.
Besides, countries like England, Belgium and France, draining African or other nations of their talent (similar to "brain drain") drains those African and other nations of these athletes that would be making their teams better. Not surprised that you can't see how that weakens the African football clubs (but it absolutely does).

They are NOT 'African' they are English, you are just a racist.
