Germany probably will be next:

Well good for them and congratulations to Malta.

I'm guessing Canada's sensible and responsible approach has set a good example for Malta and hopefully Malta will set a good example for the rest of Europe.

I live in a state where marijuana is fully legal, but I hope the entire U.S. legalizes it ASAP.

Also, I think Malta is now the sixth country in the world to legalize marijuana, and it appears Germany will be the seventh soon (hopefully).

Canada
Uruguay
Georgia
Malta
Mexico
South Africa

Why? We have enough trouble with drunk drivers, adding high drivers isn't helpful.

I agree, we are getting rid of smoking tobacco and everyone wants to replace it with marijuana. I do not like the smell of either.

I don’t use it but I think it should be legal.
As long as you do you and not hurt me I’m cool.

I don’t like the way your civil rights can be violated by a cop saying “I small marijuana” and proceed to do an illegal search of you and your car without a warrant.
That needs to stop.
Legalizing it will end these unjust searches.

Nothing wrong with moderate use but it just ain’t for me.

I've lived in apartments where the neighbors' cigarette smoking lingers in the hallways and sometimes goes into another's apartment.

Do you think marijuana should be allowed in apartment buildings?
