Parking Tickets in Fargo from old vehicle. (insurance, title)

I used to drive a vehicle registered in a different state here in ND.
My old vehicle (which has since been sold to my insurance company and they took the title) had 4 parking tickets under the plates. Do these follow the title of the vehicle or me? Am I liable even though I don't own the vehicle or title anymore?

I now own a registered ND vehicle now.

Yes, If you own'ed it when they were issued, you have to pay them, and Maybe, they will match it up with you current registration. ... Just pay them....
