I am larger than the guy in the pic, the sleeves are loose but not tight, but no where close to floppy (which I do not like). They are not as tight and small as the shirt in the pic. The neck on the Banana shirts is also larger, but still normal.
It does not shrink and last for a while and still looking nice. I have a few of different colors and some go back seven years old or so, and still are perfect condition, and I wear/wash them a lot.
Who sells T-shirts that look good on reasonably athletic guys, like this one:

Sleeves that are not flapping in the wind
Not so tight in the chest that you look gay
No logos
Hmm, never thought a shirt fitting someone tight in the chest was related to the fact that they were sexually attracted to their own gender. That's an odd conclusion to make.
That being said, ignoring the ignorance, American Apparel, Bonobos, Next Level, Anvil all work for nicer shirts. For cheap shirts, HM is where I tend to get tshirts when I just want one for <$10.
