When did your facial hair stop filling out? (look, full, thin)

At what age did your face reach its final hair-growing capacity? Were you unable to grow any kind of proper beard/facial hair as a young man, but able to later in life?

Mine is full to a point, after 7 days growth it needs a trim, if it grows longer it won't look pretty (my hairs are thick). I still think it will be years before it is to it's fullest, but I'd say around age 25 is when my beard was looking good after 1 weeks growth (past the stubble look).

I'm 22 and my facial hair isn't filled yet.

There are gaps near my mouth or below my cheeks. It's kinda distracting...as I really want them filled.
