I've been doing pushups for 20 years. Pectorals hard as a rock. Breasts still following gravity. Breast tissue and pecs are two separate things.
Not to deter anyone from doing pushups. Pushups good! Every good thing we do brings benefits.
But the only hope for saggy breasts I'm afraid is surgery.
That's interesting cause mine aren't sagging yet and I'm in my 40's. Do you do men's style pushups? I learned to do them from my late husband who was a marine. I know for sure they are totally helping me.
From a man's perspective, I thought that by the time a woman is classified as elderly, her breasts have outlived their purpose of attracting men when she was younger and nurturing children as she got older. She would now be at the stage of her life where they could be just plain in the way all the time as her needs have changed and relationships have been redefined.
But, I may be wrong, wouldn't be the first time.

I'm 43, I do men's push-ups too. The Army taught me how to do a correct push-up. When you do push-ups on your knees or on a ball, it works the pecs in a different way. After regular push-ups, I grab a ball, put my feet on it and then do push-up and then bring my legs in to work abs.
Of course, genetics plays a huge role. I'm sure if you're very well endowed to begin with, no amount of push-ups will help with sagging.

If you belong to a gym that has those two "ropes" hanging from the overhead that you can adjust and put your feet in, that is another good way to do pushups that will replace the ball and you can also bring your legs in like you are talking about to work the abs. I love that equipment!
