Of course women love putting on lots of accessories, but if they are functional in some way how much does it mean to you?

Functional, as in a watch or umbrella?

That was a starkly ignorant comment.

We are as individual as are men.

Some of us are austerely minimalist in taste.

Ovaries do not compel one towards shiny objects.

My watch is classic, Swiss mechanical, and I have had it over 30 years -- reworked twice.

Other accessories such as wallet and phone case (I do not carry a purse) are chosen for simplicity and all-weather durability. Umbrella, brief case, gloves, etc are either matte black, or gunmetal/titanium in color.

The only jewelry that I occasionally wear is investment-grade, and reflects my ethnic heritage.

Good day.

Too much trouble. If they don't serve a purpose..they won't be used or carried, or worn...except for jewelry....I don't consider that an accessory...it's a must!

If I don't have on earrings and my watch then I feel incredibly incomplete all day (and yes, I do not rely on my cell phone for time).

I do wear other jewelry of all types and styles, but those things are "musts" for me.
