Attractiveness of Nose Stud vs. Nose Ring (tone, fashion, look)

I'm wondering if most people agree with me that a typical, hard-to-see nose stud looks better than a nose ring. (Google "nose stud" if you're not sure what I mean.) I'm also curious about those who disagree and when a nose stud is considered unattractive.
To each their own. I have a nose ring and alternate with a hoop and I love it. I like my jewelry to be front and center bc it's not cheap - all of my rings use 14k or 18k gold and real stones - and they are ornate
I might be oldfashioned but I just think that any nose jewelry looks kind of gross. Reminds me of the cows, sorry!
The only exception is Indian ladies with those beautiful traditional dresses, they somehow can pull it off. I've never seen it work on anyone else. You are beautiful without it, trust me.
Anything beyond a pierced earring is gross. I can't vote on your poll because it doesn't include "neither." It disturbs me to have to look at people with other piercings. It makes them look like a freak.

And even a lot of the Indian women aren't actually piercing their noses. They are using stick-ons or magnets just for the special occasions where it looks really good with the outfit.
I have never met anyone I can take seriously who has any kind of nose piercing.
