How come in early 2000 like march of that year nobody like gillette, schick, bic, or edge shave gel ha bothered to put shaving tips online on their websites but instead they waited several years to go by to start posting specific shaving tips...? Is it possible that these companies themselves were doing trial and error in order to give consumers knowledge like today? What was up with these companies then back then?

How many "tips" do you really need? New blade, soap, if whiskers are gone you're doing it right, if you're all cut up or whiskers aren't gone, you're not.
The only tip I can think of: do it in the shower. Quickly you'll learn by feel where to stop, and all the little hairs and globs of soap with hair will go down the drain rather than making a mess at the sink.
