Women, what's your opinion on guys with face stubble (aka 'designer stubble', '5oclock shadow')?

I'm thinking of going for a rugged/care-free look and thought I'd ask the masses here their thoughts about this type of facial hair.

Thanks.

I like it. But then I also like watching him shave it off.

I may like the way it looks, but there is no way in h*ll that I would ever get used to the way it feels. My husband has a really stiff growth. It can, and has, scratched my skin. Once he grew a short, well kept, sexy-as-all-get-out, mustach, but kissing him was like kissing a pad of steel wool. Oh, he looked GOOD, OMGAWD, he looked good, but not being able to kiss and enjoy was too much and off it came.

Nope, I don't want a face that puts little scratches on my body.

Hey "neighbor"!

I voted, but not for yes or no.

Yes ~ it can be an extremely sexy look!!! (But then again, you don't need any help in that department! LOL!)

But I agree with Padgett2 ~ it's not so comfy for the one you'd be cuddling with.

It tickles on my body and irritates my face when kissing but I think on some men it is sexy

It depends on the guy, I think. On some men, the stubble can look really sexy, in a scruffy sort of way. But on other men, the scruffy look just makes them look sloppy and dirty.

And although it can look sexy on some guys, it does not feel so sexy when kissing!
