That was the word Sunday from New York women outraged over a Washington proposal to add a 5% tax on all elective cosmetic surgery - everything from boob jobs to Botox to face-lifts.

Huh? So a reconstructive surgery after mastectomy would be taxed....because it's elective, after all. It's not necessary.

this'll fail...the biggest opponents would probably be plastic surgeons.
