What are you looking for (a home in the country, established neighborhoods, newer home or historic home, etc.)? Some of the older sections of Rogers and Bentonville have some run-down areas, but when I say run-down area I'm talking about 5-10 houses, not even an entire street, so it's hard to say stay away from this part of town or that part of town. There aren't any areas that you need to lock your doors before driving through. Sometimes I don't even lock my car when I go shopping at Wal-Mart. As for schools, Northwest Arkansas has very good schools, so there aren't any schools to avoid. Avoca children attend school in Rogers. There have been several threads about Rogers and Bentonville neighborhoods; you might try the search function to check them out.
