Why bother. It could be (and has been) convincingly copied by a high school artist and it already appears on everything kids' lunchboxes and notebook covers to key chains all over the world.
In the case of the Scream, it is only the fact of ownership and not even the uniqueness of the item itself that drives the price.
Why not just buy a paper certificate that says that the collector owns it? Syndicate it. 100 owners pay $800,000 each and get a certificate that says they own it. Hang the certificate on the wall. No insurance required.
