Business wise your best bet is around page, though there are other lakes, like Roosevelt lake which are decent in size and gets some visitors so their might be a need there. Sedona and Cottonwood I would really test the demand out for marine engine repair...I'm sure there is some just not sure that it is enough to earn you what you need. Same goes with Prescott and Flagstaff. Not saying there isn't enough business, but it is something I would research using any means you can come up with before committing. Paige/Powell sounds like a no brainer, but the weather and the landscape (besides being out on the lake) is no where near as nice. You will find you way, good luck.

Thank you, I keep having a strong desire to check Page out and will be taking a road trip to visit as well, I love the photos I have seen around lake Powell and the forest is not too far, it could very well be our spot!
