My husband and I (in our mid 30s) may be moving to Lynn Haven. He got a promotion and relocation package if we want it. We have lived in Colorado our whole lives and I know this would be a huge change for us, but have no idea what it is like to live there. We also have two kids who are 8 and 6. Every forum we have looked at it sounds like everyone hates living in Florida. They say it is too hot, too humid, bad schools and too many bugs. I haven't heard anything good except the beaches. I would like to hear from someone that knows about the area and what it has to offer for a family of four. I would also like to know if it is as bad as the other forums seem to make it out to be. We have to make this decision pretty quickly and it looks like only my husband can go out there to see it before we move. So, again any info would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks

You might get more responses asking about Panama City/Lynn Haven. Below are posts related to the area. Good Luck!

Hey Lori, would you be interested in having your move to FL potentially followed for a TV show?

I'm a casting producer with Loud Television in NYC -- looking for people who are moving to a dream location and/or relocating to pursue a dream job. Would either apply to this situation? If so, could you please email me at casting (at) loudtelevision dot com and send me your contact information?

Thanks!
