Not for any scientific purpose, just write how you feel about the governor and how he is performing his job thus far. Debate with respect!

First, this AT BEST should be in the Florida forum. Secondly, this PROBABLY belongs in the politics forum! As far as Scott is concerned...There is only one opinion that counts, the one that is rendered in the voting booth.

OK, I'll start with "Let's get to work", his big campaign slogan.....I'm not seeing how that is panning out. He didn't accept High-Speed Rail funding which would have created a lot of jobs, slashed already approved Highway Transportation projects that would have created more jobs and cut spending in Education which led to teachers losing jobs, to name a few instances. I'm unaware of any initiatives he created that led to new jobs, meaning he's added to the unemployment situation. In summary, he lied. I'm going to go with DISAPPROVE.

He got elected by democrats......................................

................staying at home and not using their majority in voter registration to see that we never have a Republican led legislature and Republican Governor at the same time. Too much power goes to one team when it's like that, I prefer somebody with veto powers to be a balancing force to the extremism were seeing come out of Tally these days.

My apologized for posting in the wrong section. However, I was only looking for the local opinions. There is already a Rick Scott thread in the Florida forum.

Its an interesting thought. Its though to say however because there is the tea party influencing some Republicans, while others are staying moderate. It will be interesting to see if and how the tea party shapes the political process.
