We live in Miami and want to relocate to St.. Augustine in the next 13 years. We like to buy a townhouse or condo that is near the beach and/or downtown that we can rent out as a vacation property for the next 13 years until we are ready to retire. I was thinking of Crescent Beach, Anastasia Beach or off of A1A. I need some guidance and love to speak to others that have vacation properties in St. Augustine.
