Yep, I agree everything is relative to where one is coming from and going, it's just funny to me that some people complain about an issue in Florida and then imply life would be so much better in XYZ, when I know that issue is exponentially worse in said city.

Orlando does have traffic, while it isnt the same level as major cities, it still has quite a lot, but it also depends where you live and work too. In Dr Phillips, I rarely encounter bad traffic, the worst would be Sand Lake to I-4, but even that doesn't take too long because it's such a short distance. All the other streets such as Dr Phillips Blvd, Apopka Vineland, Turkey Lake, Conroy Windermere are virtually never gridlock. One of my friends moved to Waterford Lakes and visitig him during rush hour is a nightmare, now that area has horrendous traffic.

Just be very sure. I really do suggest renting before making a huge commitment of buying a house.

That's been my motto in life... if I find mysef no longer enjoying life in an area, I make a plan to change my environment, it could mean living in a different part of town or a completely different state. These days it isn' that difficult to make it happen with a basic plan.

Nope, we knew exactly what we were getting into when we moved back home and I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
