Is there a list of places that are suffering so far?

Would hate to visit, only to get stuck in the sticky stuff.

We don't have seaweed on our beaches in Volusia County. We occasionally can get seaweed if there is a tropical storm or hurricane that tears up part of the Sargasso Sea. Then we can get washback sea turtles and sargasso on the beach. Your gonna have to watch the weather to know what's happening at the beach.
