Hello all,
My husband and I have been looking in Renaissance Commons in Boynton Beach for a townhouse. However, I noticed that the non ad valorem taxes are 4 times the amount of any other subdivision due to CDD debt. Does anyone live in Renaissance Commons and know the details surrounding this, and how long homeowners have to pay this extra amount? Thanks.

Looking at the prices for a townhome over there, you'd more than make it up. I live in West Boynton and ours just went up.

Check out the Palm Beach Property Appraiser's office. All Renaissance Commons properties have high ad-valorem taxes.

61 year mature executive male needs month to month rental for the Renaissance Commons. Very clean and dependable. Will move in next week.
