Flax plus cereal with flaxseed meal/soy milk. Okay, but a piece of dark chocolate after. I always have me dessert in the morning. Weird.

Toasted wheat bagel with Nutella. Yummy! Also a small glass of orange juice. I still need to get some more cream cheese but the Nutella does very nicely in the meantime.
