This "morning" (actually got up late late Saturday) I had a fat-free banana muffin with cinnamon on top, a low-fat lemon poppyseed muffin, and some blueberries. And lots of coffee of course!

Today I made a full breakfast. We had bacon, fried eggs with salsa and cheese, hash browns, toast, coffee and OJ.
