Saw these on Biggest Loser and was interested in your experience if you have tried them...Like? Dislike? also if you have a recipe for them to share that would be nice....
I dont want to cook in plastic either i cannot imagine what they will find ten years from now for us cooking in plastic Yuck !!! I for one dont really see anything good coming of that . amen .
Sometimes I microwave cut-up vegetables in their serving bowl with just a touch of water.
Put a paper towel or microwave plate cover over.
They come out just fine.
Please consider changing that habit using plastic in the microwave isn't a good thing. It really isn't if you stop and think about it. I haven't done it since 1993 when a cancer center warned us when we took our mother down there.
OP the Ziplock bags are just a come on to get your money use a glass bowl to cook your veggies in.
whether or not you use a plastic bag to cook in or not, if you are going to get cancer, you will. There is no guarentee that by using a traditional pot to cook in wont kill you. Your just as likely to contract a elevated risk of cancer, by breathing in that lovely new car smell, or from gas fumes, and even from using your cell phone.

Hmmm... I've never owned a new car, I don't own a cellphone, and I fill the tank once every two months, if that.
Excellent... three more cancer contributors I can remove from the list, along with never microwaving in plastic.
